Jason J. Menges, PA-C, has been a part of Wichita Diabetes & Endocrinology since its inception. Previously, he worked at Kansas University-Wichita Endocrinology for seven years. During that time, he practiced Internal Medicine and Endocrinology while covering Student Health and an Anti-coagulation clinic.
Starting his career in 2003, Jason worked in Kingman, KS practicing family medicine with a concentration in geriatrics and rural medicine. In 2007, he moved to a family medicine clinic in Wichita with an emphasis in pediatrics.
Jason is currently evaluating and treating patients at Wichita Diabetes and Endocrinology for Endocrine disorders including but not limited to Diabetes, Thyroid, Implantable glucose sensor placement and Obesity.
Jason promotes the philosophy that management of patient’s health is a “Team Sport.” He wants the patient to be an active participant. Jason strives to make sure that patients have the right tools to accomplish their goal. He continues his own professional education to ensure the integration of new technologies and medication while balancing the risk and benefit to find a treatment option that works best for his patients.
Jason serves as a supervising provider for first- and second-year Wichita State University Physician Assistant students. He also offers shadowing opportunities for high school and college students to explore the field of medicine.
