I very much appreciated being with Dr. Hachem in person, and also, now, via telemed. I am doing much better controlling my blood sugars since Dr. Hachem became my specialist. Am looking forward to continuing with her, and would be very pleased to direct others her way for excellent medical specialist care. She certainly knows her “stuff”, explains the medical situation very well, and yet makes me her patient feel quit comfortable and resolved to take a major role for the success in my own treatment.

Dr. Hashem is an amazing doctor. She cares a lot about her patients, she returns calls quickly if a patient has concerns, and the most important thing is that she treats her patients as persons not as customers.

I’m very picky about my doctors and I was nervous to start going to a new one. However, Jolene made me feel comfortable as soon as she walked into the room. She is very knowledgeable and has already helped me a lot even though I’ve only been seeing her for two weeks.

Over the last 6 months of care, Dr. Elhomsey has been spectacular in talking to me about his plan for my medical issue. He is fabulous at explaining things to give me comfort in understanding his reasoning behind the decisions he feels are best for my care. He is sensitive to my needs and has been overly gracious in handling any requests I have made. I’m beyond impressed with his professional and personal skills. In reading about others with my condition on the internet and how they have struggled to understand treatment of Prolactinomas, I feel very blessed to be his patient as I feel informed and prepared as to the possible outcomes ahead. I would recommend Dr. Elhomsey to everyone that needed his care as his skills and caring for his patients is exceptional. A big “Thank you” to him and the staff for the excellent service provided!
